- opportunities for professional development are non existent
- subjective yearly reviews
- poorly "managed" management that doesn't understand how to drive a team and only focuses on superficial layers like "are my favorite people happy? Do I have budget to increase x's salary?"
- management promises things that are never kept and severely lacks soft skills and interest towards people
- I think everything else is due to bad management. A general feeling of overwhelming indifference, of individualism, of protecting people only based on preference
- professional merits never recognized.
I was unlucky enough to work in such a team, but there are other teams where people are valued or I hope they are
