      Overworked and underpaid staff, poor management

      It used to be a great place, flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Overworked staff. Good PMs are being underpaid. Senior managers are micromanaging and not empathetic at all. Each project manager and quality specialist is doing 2-3 times the work. People are quitting because of mental health, including a director. Very bad place to work in. I begged them to improve before I quit, but nobody cared.
