The company still keeps some of the human dimension that made it so enjoyable to work with 2 or 3 years ago, but that’s rapidly changing with most recent senior appointments falling on ex-SDL people.

Cons

Lack of honest, data-driven communication. Massive ego-driven, internal self-promotion campaign by senior management.

You meet nice people there.

Cons

It depends on who your vender manager is, but where I was the environment was not great at all. The company kept on messing up on everybody's holiday balance it was ridiculous. No structure.
