Talented people and varied, high-profile clients

Cons

Very low salaries with no progression, bonuses or adjustments, micromanagement, promotion criteria kept behind closed doors with constantly moving goalposts, impossible to manage workload, unpaid overtime, overworked with little support. Feels like you are just a very small cog in a very big wheel.

Immediate co-workers very nice and competent.

Cons

Upper levels of management do not care about well-being of employees or if sheer volume of work causes issues with mental health or problems at home. Unreasonable work expectations and no guidance on how to successfully complete work within given timeframe and with given resources.
