Cons

I went through a very extensive on-boarding process to be an editor/Quality Assurance proofreader. The files I'm seeing are so bad that I have to RE-TRANSLATE everything from scratch at only $0.01 to 0.02 per word. Highly technical content is being given to inexperienced staff and I need to re-translate at low pay? Absolutely not. Too time consuming. There's rent to pay and I would have to work 90 hour weeks just to make ends meet. RWS is now adopting the sweatshop model.

people are really nice, really helpful. office location is close to city center and facilities are good as well. free snacks everyday
