- Nice people to work with - They want to have a good work-life balance (although have never enough resources to handle them so you end up burried in work and long shifts) - They provide office equipments for the job

Cons

- Worst work-life balance - They accept projects from clients without considering their capacity - Everything needs to be done by last week - Salary raise is impossible (or a joke, if provided)

My direct supervisors and colleagues were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very collaborative team environment.

Cons

Senior leadership is all over the place, I was hired a few years ago and the company was already up for sale. Instead of promoting and encouraging internal growth, the company spends money on acquisition of other companies, advertising of AI, and other useless investments. They’re currently working on offshoring initiatives to replace most staff with AI and outsource the rest to India.
