      Pros

      Good starter job if you need work experience. Good social events.

      Cons

      High stress job that makes no money and has few opportunities for growth. High staff turnover. Bad communication.

      Pros

      If you happen to have a nice manager, then things can go smoothly. WFH is possible although not for everyone and certainly not every day. The facilities are good overall.

      Cons

      The salary is plain bad so prepare to be underpaid. They are very picky in their recruitment process yet you are underpaid and expected to do a fantastic job. Aside from that, looks like the upper management (also known as "the board") don't exactly know what they are doing. They truly believe having free coffee and a carpet can be called a benefit (It's not). Being thrown under the bus by your own colleagues is frequent (and sometimes encouraged by Senior employees, like Program Managers).
