      Pros

      Ok entry level job to get into the industry, and to pay the bills. Interesting work. Flexible hours if needed. Ok healthcare options, 401k.

      Cons

      Production staff often overworked and burnt out. High turnover, not enough staff. For production staff, there is not much upward mobility after being promoted to project manager. Management doesn’t seem to respect production staff, often makes decisions without consulting them. Lack of consistency across teams; programs.

      I've worked 2 year for Moravia. It's a good company who encourage team work through team buildings and a great multicultural environment.

      Cons

      As many contractors, they depend much on the client. An sometimes the client just sucks.
