Company culture died after the acquisition of SDL

*Great salary and commission structure (under SDL) - however this was changing and to be capped at 115% under new comms plan.

Cons

*Does not listen to (or seem to care about) customer opinion (key customer) *Disengaged sales team (many are looking for other roles after the merge) *APAC is not a focus (approx 50% of the APAC sales team were made redundant) *Town halls during the early part of the merge should have been to inspire and get employee buy-in, the topics were so bland and uninspiring, can't even remember them

1. Requested the staff to work from home since 2019 but provided zero help with setting up the home office 2. Lack of communication with the management team, always last minute update
