Pros
Some good people and good perks; good Group management although divisional management is highly variable; generally safe and stable although there were some redundancies recently.
Cons
Very little opportunity for career progression; poor communication and transparency (they are trying to improve this); low salaries unless you're on commission; poor location of head office; often conservative and slow to change; see staff as expendable.
