      Does not care about the well-being of employees

      Pros

      Immediate co-workers very nice and competent.

      Cons

      Upper levels of management do not care about well-being of employees or if sheer volume of work causes issues with mental health or problems at home. Unreasonable work expectations and no guidance on how to successfully complete work within given timeframe and with given resources.

      Pros

      Good compensation package, decent salary if you speak foreign languages and have technical skills, great inclusion and diversity

      Cons

      Poor quality, hectic and short training for a very complex software, the management doesn't seem genuinly interested in the employees, toxic employees, bad organisation, little possibility of role change within the company, before the pandemic there was no work life balance

      Multinational environment, flexibility, interesting and varied tasks, great colleagues and - despite complex and challenging, client-drive environment - quite relaxed and pleasant company atmosphere. Good, inclusive company culture where you can be yourself.

      Cons

      Some of the company clients can be quite demanding - some may find this difficult, but constant challenges help you evolve and learn how to deal with various situations.
