      Pros

      Great work culture, employees given a lot of support. A good company to kick-start your career in.

      Cons

      Salaries are low in comparison to other industries. RWS has bought over so many companies that learning so many different processes to be able to work together becomes impossible.

      Ok salary Lots of training Benefits plan (health insurance starts after 3 months probation)

      Workload increases like crazy in a short time Management keeps asking "how is your capacity? Can you take on more accounts?" weekly Even though you mention that you don't have capacity to take on more workload - they keep on giving you more accounts Lazy project coordinators - no way to get some people to work - so hardworking employees have to take on their tasks as well It appears the only way to survive in this company is to pretend you're stupid so they don't give you everyone else's tasks!
