      poor management, micromanagement, no clear expectations, assessment held behind closed doors. company culture does not exist. the only thing they do perfectly is avoiding difficult questions

      No promotions for years. Salaries are low compared to the other companies in the area. No investing in the employees. No RSU packages.

      Pros

      The HR team is really willing to improve and do better. Flexibility and agile working are a big plus, as well as the number of vacation days and other types of leave (charity days paid by the company, additional days for bereavement, etc).
