People are nice when not stressed, the hot drinks machine is good, the office is nice and modern.

Cons

Very clique-y, felt like school, really weird. Not experienced anything like that in any other office. Lots of people crying very frequently, due to both stress and also people shouting at them.

Cons

Very low salaries with no progression, bonuses or adjustments, micromanagement, promotion criteria kept behind closed doors with constantly moving goalposts, impossible to manage workload, unpaid overtime, overworked with little support. Feels like you are just a very small cog in a very big wheel.
