Constant change of teams meaning constantly changing clients Low salary Feel job is at risk all of the time No transparency on salaries and job architecture Management have no idea what is happening on the ground and make decisions without thinking about this

Remote work, knowledgeable coworkers (many that have now been laid off or have left on their own), & was steady through Covid

Cons

Massive layoffs across the company have been occurring since Ben Faes stepped in- entire teams have been laid off based on location alone. I have seen people with a 20+ year history with the company kicked to the curb. This is disheartening enough without even factoring in the disorganization and sad "attempts" at leadership by upper management.
