• Very low hourly pay compared to the amount of focus required. • Projects are inconsistent — long gaps between available work. • Technical issues often go unresolved. When the company changed platforms, I lost access and support responses were unhelpful and repetitive. • Minimal communication or feedback from support when problems occur.
