People - everyone is helpful, informative and ready to help you. There are no egos trying to prevent you from growing. Leadership - There is a clear vision of the future, and they are ready to help you find your growth path in the company.

Cons

Workload can sometimes get a bit crazy, but if you are able to clearly communicate up to your manager, they are generally able to help distribute work accordingly.
