Pros

I love it. Good people. Clear processes and procedures. Support from leadership. Lots of training but that’s a nice thing to have coming from two companies that didn’t focus enough time and attention in training. Campus is nice. Great place to walk around for lunch or on quick breaks. Awesome cafeteria. About as tech as you can get for a defense company. 9/80. Great bennies. Low cost health.

Cons

Nothing so far. I’m sure their will be days that annoy me but I know that I’m staying long term at Raytheon.

Pros

Nice co-workers. Good benefits, 401k, PTO. 9/80 schedule is a big plus. Great and interesting programs. Smart people. Ethical company.

Cons

Poor career development program. Leadership took away profit sharing from employees, supposedly the money was put into award bucket but no transparencies on how award was allocated. Barely see any achievement awards (500-3000 range) any more, employees are getting $50 spot award for above and beyond performance. Hard to retain good talents, more and more people are leaving the IIS.
