Pros

Work-life balance can be fairly flexible with 9/80 schedule implemented as well as "mod-time" which allows you to make up some days' work hours within a 2 week period. They are generally flexible in trying to help you find work/team you enjoy.

Cons

Team members can largely determine if work is enjoyable/motivating or not, some teams composed of very smart members, others lack dedicated, knowledgeable people. Experts are currently stretched too thin with excess of new hires in company. Compensation for entry level positions are slightly underwhelming and little benefits are given to those required to be on-site vs those who can hybrid or fully remote.
