Pros

At times you may be able to work on an interesting project, and be able to learn through that experience.

Cons

Doesn’t seem to offer any sick time, Work can either be very mundane or very intense, depending if your project has deadlines. Upper management say they want the company to be more like a typical software company, but it’s hard to see that ever coming to fruition due to the old fashioned way the company is run, and the usage of old technologies being a norm, just to name a few.
