Pros

Raytheon NCS has the best management of any place I've worked. I always had plenty to complain about at my other jobs, but not at Raytheon. Leadership tries to listen and improve things.

Cons

Raytheon NCS primarily deals with military and government contracts. So, the culture is pro-military and usually conservative-leaning. If those aren't your views, then this company may not be a good fit.

Pros

Overall I've had a good experience with Raytheon. It is a very good place for engineers fresh out of college. Very good salary from entry-level engineers. Seem to actually like their employees

Cons

Career advancement can be slow for some, even when they consistently rank in the top during performance review time. Otherwise not much else
