There are a lot of amazing people here that want to help you and see you become successful. I really enjoyed my time there.

Cons

The company is extremely big, which takes away from the amount of flexibility you have. There is a lot of bureaucracy, which comes with working for a large company.

Many mangers do not help you with Career advancement in Raytheon. You can feel like a contractor looking for work in a large matrixed org like this one. There are too many re-org's and managers swap out frequently.
