They have a great work/life balance There is a very intelligent workforce They have a good mission There are lots of speakers, clubs, and sports

Cons

As an engineer it is hard to move around Your career plateaus Benefits are not quite as good as Boeing Repayment for higher education is not as good as other employers

Pros

Great people on floor to work with. Great service we are providing!! Gym in building. Free Flavia Coffee in all meeting rooms and break rooms.

Cons

stove pipe org. Sr managers in other locations overseeing our work and no idea how we do our job. Policies imposed by other groups and from 6 sigma groups with no input from our department. big on 6 sigma, but no follow through to implement. Slow to hire replace ments. Lots of turn over.
