It was decent for a year until they started laying off half the workforce, myself included.

Decent annual raises, lots of different positions to try, friendly co-workers, good benefits, very flexible schedule, long winter holiday, plenty of PTO

Cons

Lots of layoffs, cares more about shareholders than employees, won't make changes for the better, no sense of community, upper management is unapproachable
