Worst culture, some great technical opportunities

Decent pay, fair benefits. Every other Friday off (you work extra hours for it). If you're lucky, you get to work on some very interesting projects. Can be good if you get into a program with decent program leaders or a good section head.

Cons

Worst culture I ever saw. Pure CYA and finger pointing mentality, Terrible leaders rule by intimidation. Can get ahead if the right people like you. If they don't, you're sunk. They laid off people who were willing to tell the truth and try to fix things instead of the bad bosses. Major integrity problems especially with HR people.
