Pros

Depending on how you negotiate you might get lots of fish. Some aspects of the company might be positive but I haven't seen that in a long time.

Cons

The bread & butter products are outdated and not keeping up with the market; the new product push which is supposed to save the company is not getting significant traction; the management structure is completely dysfunctional.

Pros

Benefits - but this is mostly because of EMC. RSA did have free snacks/drinks for employees. Flexible with providing lunches when working through lunch. Trying hard to look like a start-up company.

Cons

A new President was put in place last year and he was he former CEO of NetWitness, a company RSA acquired in 2012. His philosophy is to "question the norm"..but it should also say, "but do not question me or my inner circle". If an employee disagrees with one of his inner circle cronies, then that person's days with the company are numbered. Also, since the new president came on board, a lot of people in management spend more time trying to position themselves to be recognized so they come up with initiatives just for the sake of it, instead of just concentrating on the job and the customers. Product needs a lot of help and improvement.

Pros

Good long-time employees, bonuses and ESPP are very nice. Major benefit is the career development path for individual technical contributors. You can basically have the same level as a Director or Senior Director by making major individual contributions.

Cons

The division is essentially divided into identity (SecurID group in Massachusetts) and network (NetWitness group in Virginia). SecurID is starved for resources despite profitability.
