      Pros

      The company benefits that are offered are excellent and the environment is quite nice. The employees are all very smart hard working people. This is a fast paced environment with several moving parts; lots of advancement opportunity.

      Cons

      This is a typical IT environment so if you are looking for something with a slower pace this is not the company for you. There is less red tape than in other organizations but as in every company there are managers who are difficult to work with and "clicks" to navigate around.

      Pros

      People, culture, management, initiative, proactive, "sense of urgency", company that wants to make a difference in a world of cyber threats.

      Cons

      Pace of change needs to be even quicker, dead weight in some groups that don't share the RSA 2.0 culture that are harming the environment...although there are less and less negative people that fall in that category.

      Pros

      Excellent training, great opportunity to work with large companies on complex IT initiatives, clear metrics that lead to lucrative raises, small company feel with stability of large corporation (EMC), management does a great job preparing account managers for field sales roles as well as roles in other lines of business. New CEO is doing great things with the strategic vision as well as offering cool perks that include free snacks, company ski trip, PAC man machine, etc.

      Cons

      Facilities could use an update. Office furniture and phones are old school, but upper management has conveyed that this is a priority in the future.
