      Pros

      Challanging, creative, and contantly moving forward. Doing research in a company such as RSA is very unique. Also, the management is very unique as many of its memebers are also from hard scientific backgrounds and can easily grasp the technical and science sides of an idea. This makes communication a whole lot easier.

      Cons

      Are a bit cheap. Also, they don't fire enough. This is a strange thing to say, but having a mal-performing team member hurts the team in more than one way. Hiring process is painstakingly slow.

      University Relations sets students up for success. Managers/Co-Workers, no matter what department you're in, teach you all the skills and knowledge you need to know about that area of the business. Truly the best internship experience you could possible get.

      Some team members don't treat you as a respected co-worker but as a child/person to run errands.
