Management does not take responsibility. No career progression, high turnover. Toxic environment, four engineers left in less than a month. The product is difficult to support and there is no help/training or even time to work on tickets. No tiers, every tech support engineer is supposed to work on all kind of cases from very complicated to very easy regardless their level.

But many decisions are taken in Israel as many of the management for the development team, PS team etc are based out there and most of the time the decisions are not interest of the end customers. Sometimes it does feel like the local management are just following what they are told by the management in Israel. Also when went for the interview I found it not structured and was hearing mix messages and took 4 weeks for a decision to be made. I found the place shockingly not open to diversity at all and found it way behind other employers in accepting people from different background and even people with special needs which is shocking to hear this day of age.
