Decent pay get to do home installs which are fun

Cons

Schedule is not great and they are very inflexible with it, a lot of drama with management , and weird “values” they try and shove down your throat without actually adhering to them

There really isn't any, I mean the money is good but it isn't worth the rest of the terrible things that go on there.

Cons

Terrible culture, management is really lazy and hands off, they don't prioritize their team members/staff. Multiple people have been fired for sexual harassment and unfortunately others have not. Management bragged about employment discrimination to the staff openly. Multiple gay servers got called slurs and it was never addressed.
