They hire great people. The galleries are beautiful. The benefits are good. HQ is a better work environment than the galleries.

Cons

They gaslight their employees. They make promises they don't keep. Pay is low. They talk wonderful values but do not practice them. In the end, they are just another retailer. They do not use their employees' vast experience.
