Most of the clients were kind and great to work with You bond with a lot of the other designers on the floor

Cons

Design consultant is not a design position. It's marketed as being a designer, but ultimately you're just a salesman who doesn't make any commission

They hire amazing people, had some of the best coworkers here!

Cons

Management Impossible to move out of the sales role Care too much about sales, and no commission Broadcast the design consultant role as an interior design role. It's not, It's sales without commission. Weird cult like meetings and training.
