People. Some type of growth Creative input in your projects. Not just a cad monkey. Nothing else I can think of

Very very bad pay Work weekends Management not open to change, they think it’s heaven. Have no idea what they’re doing in their own little cult

Beautiful showroom! Pretty much the only thing I looked forward to each day.

Cons

Where do I begin? This place is a joke! The interview process is a bit pretentious. 7 interviews to be exact. All to go and be a glorified sales associate. Don't waste your time if you're looking for a true design experience. Especially if you went to school for four years to be classified as an "Interior Designer". You'll never actually use your skill. Everyone in Management are pretty much all puppets.
