The product is exceptional. The discount is great.

Cons

People get promoted only when they "play the game" and they push exceptional leaders, who challenge ways of thinking, out of the business. Senior leaders are corrupt (and any that aren't have left the company i.e. the former CFO). Senior leaders care only about their own careers/income and profit margins.

Pros

Great people with great culture in most stores. If the location you are part of is run by true and proper leaders you will never look for another job.

Cons

The new company direction is very new and has not achieved a strong structured environment. The back order dates on furniture and quality issues (broken furniture being delivered) need to be remedied.

I, personally was given many opportunities through out my employment with the company. Nice people to work with; management is flexible and considerate with you if you are with them. Competitive pay rates and benefits; clean work environments and legally sound in their HR & payroll administration.

Cons

Corporate ego's. Core values appear to be a bill board of lip service to make themselves look good to others & feel good about themselves.
