Pros

It is possible to move to different departments quickly. Coworkers make it feel like home. Training is intensive. There are breaks and lunches.

Cons

Pay is not enough for what you have to deal with. No work/life balance. Difficult to get time off or use vacation days. Must work on all holidays except Christmas. No sympathy for being yelled at by a client on the phone for multiple hours in some cases.

Long retail hours and some holidays, evenings and weekends, late nights with visual display changes

Design, customer service and satisfaction, multiple clients, associate discount, amazing unity within the company, feels small and intimate for such a large company, they empower their employees to do the right thing and never say no, consistent communication and team building, also constantly pushing employees to better themselves.

Cons

Retail, customer service, takes a while to get requests through for small but important items in the gallery; ie: vacuum cleaner or new iPad.
