      Pros

      RH is an incredibly innovative company that is always looking to push forward. This innovation and need to push can sometimes get the company in trouble and lead to poor decisions. Great idea company if you truly want to participate you can and you can make a difference in what is happening.

      Cons

      Lack of alignment in leadership has led to problems. At times it feels like different operational groups are competing not working together. Pay scale is average at best for the work and dollars generated.

      The people you work with do expect the best from you but they are also very personable. I enjoyed meeting the people I had the pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Absolutely zero encouragement by gallery leader(s). Self centered, control freak, and micro-managing are the exact words that the team would use to describe our gallery leader.
