      Pros

      Excellent teams and quality talent. Exciting industry. Lots of room for growth both within the company and for the company as a whole. There are real opportunities to own and affect projects that you are passionate about.

      Cons

      High expectations of output from employees, but not much is done in terms of keeping employees happy. No real company culture. Lots of workaholics.

      Everyone at RH is great to work with. Employees and management are very understanding. Hours are flexible as well
