      Pros

      - Not comission based, therefore people help each other. - Opportunity to travel to help other locations and meet new people. - Learning about the many products - Meeting well known designers

      Cons

      - Not comission based, however, you must log your sales and management compares numbers creating competition - Pay is a little bellow market - High turnover makes it difficult to have weekends off and for promotions - Too many products and not enough education on them - Too many problems with delivery creating a lot bad reviews from customers.

      The people. The product that's all made in China. Seeing the guests excitement of selection of goods.

      Cons

      Upper Management, false promises, over worked, under appreciated, not enough time to lead the floor and generate sales. Too many conference calls, how can you run a business from the office? Change of direction to quick. Making leaders use their own cell phones for business purposes. As much profit seen, cell phones should be given to leaders.
