Amazing new items and big gorgeous stores with new ways of looking at how to show case items. CEO is determined to be Ralph Lauren or better.

Cons

Horrible over controlling upper level management. Very micromanaged from every level at the top. Horrible customer service and focus. Constantly watching over every detail that almost stops the process or moving forward in any project. Horrid to work with.

Cons

Work space was a bit overcrowded but believe this was due to bringing in additional staff during the time I was there
