      Pros

      -You get to dress casually. -You get employee discount on $7000 dining tables. -Compensation is not-bad.

      Cons

      -You are a work horse for 5-6 years before they consider promoting you. -(My own management) basically don't see the reason of investing in your growth. You come in you do your work and you keep quiet. I was once asked to "go get me a coke". -Expect around 10 hours of work on most days. -Expect to hear profanity between higher-management in the office at any time. -Voluntary turnover rate is SUPER HIGH.

      Do not work in the call center

      Pros

      The company offers good benefits, flexible spending, PTO, overtime during busy seasons

      Cons

      The call center environment is horrible, they treat employees like children, constantly threatening negative points if we don't keep perfect attendance, annual raises were horrid, 15 to 25 cents a year if your lucky, people dropping off like flies from either being fired or laid off, but the worst part of all is that the environment in the corporate office is the exact opposite. Attendance issues at corporate are non existent and they all make salaries while the call center peons barely survive on 10 bucks an hour.

      Potential to be an awesome design company and firm that sets the trend for other home interior stores to follow.

      Cons

      More innovation and forward thinking. Push more to break barriers and make gallery region specific to fit the needs of its clientele.
