      Overall great company to work for.

      Pros

      Fair pay, plenty of advancement opportunities, great people, fair amount of benefits and vacation, treat their employees well, most management is great.

      Cons

      Could use a bit more benefits (stock options would be a huge plus). The hours are a little crazy, and it always feels like everyone is scrambling to determine whether or not overtime or voluntary time off is necessary. Sometimes the support is lacking and the numbers they expect can, at times, be unreachable.

      Pros

      -Colleagues, that is really all.

      Cons

      -Salary (Add 10k to your offer, if they can't agree, don't accept). -Employee Discount (40% off regular price items, 20% off sale). -Lack of trainings. -Outdated Software. -High turnover. -No work / life balance. They want you to work 13-15 hour days, everyday, and expect you to come in on weekends, even some holidays. - Only 10 paid holidays. -Everyone blames each other. -Last minute tasks, they expect you to finish a 5 hours project in 30 min. -No communication, zero.
