This is a company that truly lives and breathes its core values. As a leader in the home office, I can honestly say that the onboarding process was top notch. My leader cares about my growth and development. I love coming to work each day because I am surrounded by smart, creative, and down to earth people. RH is a fast pace and always changing environment, but that's what makes it invigorating, fun, and worth while!

Close communication with the Home Office. Executives truly live and breath the company values and base all decisions within these parameters. Flexible hours, and work environment. You can become a very close knit team within your store.

Cons

It's retail! General public is not always the easiest to work with. Must be great at problem solving and diffusing elevated issues.

Good product, ambitious plans for growth. Some dedicated and hard-working employees, and getting ready to open a beautiful new store.

Cons

Inconsistent management and unfair business practices. Doesn't seem to matter if your sales are very high, there is not much support and unnecessary criticism for very minor issues like taking lunch a little late because you are busy selling product to customers.
