-The culture is amazing... they value their people above all else. -Tremendous growth potential as the company continue to expand in locations and offerings. -Pretty much the coolest people to work with hands down!

-As long as you are willing to put in the effort and do the work there aren't many cons. Compensation needs to be addressed to provide a financial package that is as innovative and elevated as the rest of the brand.
