      Pros

      Very easy to get the job, keeping it is another story if you have a problem with being on time. Guaranteed 40 hrs week (suggest you have direct deposit because sometimes will not have your checks ready). Medical benefits and days off are decent.

      Cons

      Pay sucks, for a company who makes millions+ a day in sales but gives it away in compensation to undeserving customers. Core values sounds good but not implemented by mgmt.

      - Overall toxic cult-like company culture - Little organization among Management - Little room for growth - Expect to work long hours and weekends with little flexibility in scheduling - No innovation in E-commerce practices
