The majority of individuals are good people.

Cons

From the day that I interviewed throughout my employment I should have known better to give this a chance, management was the obvious problem or the lack of management. The problem was lack of management experience and non conformance to their own core values, they do not practice what they preach.

They train you fast and do make you feel like part of the team right away

Cons

The staged in fighting to determine who is going to be allied with the dominant group and who is going to be be an out cast is wrong because everyone who is allied with the dominant group has a higher output if you're an out cast you have a lower out put because you are given the more difficult pieces to handle which is very time consuming.

Salary was good, not your typical retail store. Hours were better. However there were still not enough hours given to the store to properly staff it.

Cons

My vacation was approved 6 months before I was supposed to go, and the week of I was told that I couldn't go due to lack of coverage for the sales floor.
