Company provides investment in on-boarding and initial training. Drops the ball with employee growth and support. Basic medical, dental, vision coverage Team effort in problem-solving, client-centric solutions.

Cons

Cult-like dedication expectations lead to superficial agreement of management policies rather than honest feedback. Lack of advance scheduling. 2 weeks in advance, evening & weekend hours for the whole gallery team. No growth plans for current employees. Empty words regarding valuing their people. No stock purchase plan or 401K matching.
