Great Product, Discount...and the people that work there are actually cool. Offices are nice and new, if you are a self-starter you will be valued and somewhat left alone.

Cons

No Training or promotions from within...everyone is sort of miserable. Upper Management focuses on the details, instead of letting people do their jobs....
