The product is amazing, and the people are truly inspiring, Very inspiring and stimulating place for a creative minded person to work.

Cons

There is zero sense of work life balance. Long, long, long hours without compensation for salaried employees. Often forced to skip meal breaks due to demanding schedule.

Great company with great products and mostly great leadership. Amazing teammates and the discount is reasonable. Local leadership team is genuinely interested in the wellbeing of their staff.

Cons

Motivating people by fear and intimidation is the wrong way to keep talented people. The pay scale is comparable to mall a regular mall job, it is not luxury brand compensation.
