Pros

thia is a place where drive and determination are rewarded. Anyone who thinks otherwise isn't working hard enough. It is what ever you make of it. If you are passionate about an area, great leaders find opportunities for you to develop and get you where you want to be. Promotions are earned, not given. It holds you accountable and the leaders genuinely want you to be the best version of yourself because they recognize potential. There aren't many places that own their mistakes and stand by their people and values.

Cons

Systems need an overhaul but are in good progress to do so.

Cons

There is a big opportunity to promote within the company. After developing and coaching some of best associates ever, providing a career opportunity can prevent less resignations.
