      No more career paths, trying to run a skeleton crew, casual atmosphere tends to attract less than professional staff.

      The company has so much potential with Gary's visionary leadership -- he truly is a one-of-a-kind merchant with more ideas and creativity than most CEOs at any company.

      Cons

      Gary's creative genius is a double-edged sword with a toxic work culture that starts at the top and trickles down. The leadership team is medicore at best, and functions as a "yes" team to Gary, at the exchange for high compensation.

      Pros

      Nice environment for to work in. Furniture and decor is set up like a gorgeous million dollar estate.

      Cons

      Everything else excluding the environment. Managers don't manage well. Poor leadership qualities. They use the staff to get what they need without being thankful. Discount should be higher. Turnover is high! And because of the high turnover the staff now has to work extremely hard and it's exhausting. The moral is way down after a lot of great employees left due to micro-managing.
